HSC Chemistry has intuitive logic that is made harder to unravel because you can't see molecules work with your naked eye! By the end of our Year 12 Chemistry course, you will develop a sense of logical thinking that will prepare you well for your exams.
Exam questions in Chemistry often get you to problem solve, such as designing a pathway to synthesis a particular compound or predicting the effect of changing the temperature in a industrial synthetic process. Our tutors will equip you with analytical and critical thinking skills to breakdown application-style exams.
Chemistry is the study of matter and substance, and thus anything we can touch (or not) is chemistry at work. Your food, your water, the things you take for granted are all thanks to the all-encompassing nature of chemistry. By the end of this course, you will develop an appreciation of the role that chemistry plays in the world around us.

One of the most talented and intelligent tutors in the academy, Lewis has a passion for making contents more fun and intuitive not just for adults, but also younger adults! Lewis has blessed hundreds over his past 8 years of teaching. He graduated with an ATAR of 98.95, B. Medical Science from UNSW and is about to complete his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from USyd. Despite his busy schedule, Lewis continues to teach Chemistry and Biology at all levels, including GAMSAT!
