By the end of Year 9, it is important for students to have developed the fundamental English skills for them to continue to achieve great results in senior years. In this course, our tutors assess and fill in the gaps in students' knowledge and offer comprehensive, personalised feedback for them to improve both their analytical and creative writing.
Our Year 9 English course is designed to give students all the practice and support they need to boost their confidence in their own ability. We wholeheartedly encourage them to explore new ideas, fearlessly ask questions and seek feedback to not only achieve academic success, but also grow as a life-long learner.
When it comes to English, students often find themselves lost and confused, without a clear picture of where to go or what to write. Our mentors guide students through the whole journey, including the planning, drafting and editing stages, to establish effective and healthy habits which will help students in school and beyond.
